Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service availability, upload unlawful content, or attempt to bypass billing, scan controls, or account restrictions.
Accounts & Billing
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and keeping billing details accurate. Paid plans, renewals, top-ups, and refunds are governed by the package selected at checkout and any applicable service notices.
Content & Campaign Responsibility
You remain responsible for the content, destination pages, offers, and lead forms published through your QR assets. Ensure that all campaigns comply with applicable laws and consumer protection requirements.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but uptime, scan delivery, analytics processing, and billing integrations may occasionally be affected by maintenance, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or failure to comply with payment obligations.
